We don't do discovery phases that end in slide decks. We do discovery that ends in working code. Our POC-to-production pipeline is designed to collapse the gap between 'what if' and 'it's live' — giving you a functional prototype before most agencies finish their proposal.
The traditional agency model is broken. You pay for discovery. Then you pay for design. Then you pay for development. Then you pay for testing. Each phase takes weeks, has its own kickoff meeting, and produces deliverables that nobody references once the next phase begins. By the time you launch, the market has moved, the budget is spent, and the product is already behind.
We compress the entire cycle into overlapping sprints. Week 1 isn't a kickoff meeting — it's a working prototype. Not wireframes. Not mockups. A functional build you can click through, test with real users, and make decisions on. From there, every week adds production-grade functionality. By week 4, you're not 'getting close to beta.' You're in production with real monitoring, CI/CD, and user analytics.
Speed to market isn't about cutting corners. It's about eliminating the ceremony that doesn't serve the product. Every meeting that could've been a prototype, every spec that could've been a spike, every debate that could've been an A/B test — that's where time goes to die. We choose building over talking, every time.
Tell us what you're building.
